- Technical facility design and implementation
involving electronics, cryogenics, lassers and optics.
- Purchasing assistance i.e. parts, components,
vendor selection, diode pumped solod state lasers (DPSSL).
- LASER and optical system design and
development (specializing in diode pumped & ion tech).
- Video and multimedia systems design and
development.
- Field equipment design and production.
- Innovative and diverse power systems design.
- Reliability and Quality (QA) testing and
failure analysis.
- Process & test automation (ATE) using
Labview software.
- Instruction and training in all the above.
Research and Application Development activities.
It is interesting to note that all of the afore
mentioned skills are applied
internally to a group of ongoing research projects.
Currently these include;
- New types of DPSS LASER SYSTEMS and finding
new LASER crystal materials.
- LASER/LED or Fiber based LASER TV displays,
consumer products and advertisments.
- New Nonlinear optical (NLO), photorefactive
materials (crystals)
